After battling a severe sickness I was finally able to start working on the Data Search midterm. It involved obtaining my own data to fit the required criteria. Daunting at first, but I soon became comfortable with searching and finding what I needed. This time around, I downloaded a trial version of ArcMap. Having the program on my local machine greatly increased productivity due to the remote desktop version being difficult with input lag. The following maps are based around Desoto County, FL. They portray three different themes of information. I feel my confidence building with ArcMap, as practice makes perfect.
