Statistical Analysis - Prepare (GIS4930)

This week begins a new module, being Statistical Analysis. For preparation week, data was prepared to be used in an analysis of methamphetamine labs in Charleston, West Virginia.

With the given census information, more fields needed to be added. This was done manually using visual basic and running a python script. Another field was created to represent the labs in a given area. This was done by using the Spatial Join tool with the lab locations and the census tracts.
